What supplies do I need for camping?
Have you ever asked yourself this question? What supplies do I need for camping? This is a question I have asked myself a thousand times and everytime the answer is different.
A camping supplies list will change with every camping trip. The list you make will depend on the activities you have planned. For example, will you need a camping supplies list for tenting. A supplies list for RVing. A list for renting a cabin. RVing will be your simplest camping supplies list. Because everything you need will be put in the RV 1st time around to use over and over again. The only things needed after that would be food, clothing, charcoal for grilling etc…
Your camping supplies list will also depend on what sports you are going to enjoy while you are enjoying the wonderful outdoors. Boating could include fishing, tubing or water skiing. If you are there just to enjoy the beach you will need supplies for swimming and relaxation such as suits, water floaties and other toys such as a beach ball. Most campers also continue the relaxation by bringing supplies such as kindling, all weather fire starter, and fluid for a nice campfire to roast marshmallows or one of America’s favorite snacks, Smores 🙂 If you are camping for hiking or mountain climbing this is definitely where you want to incorporate some of the emergency supplies. You never know what is hiding up the trails, rattlesnakes are very common in the warm mountain areas in Colorado and Arizona, just to name a few.
Something to keep in mind is the fact that, Things happen frequently that You didn’t plan on. So, it’s important that you expect the unexpected. Your camping supplies list should always include supplies for emergencies and health such as; first aid kit, snake bite kit, and sun protection.
On my journey, I have found some great items that you should always have with you while camping and hiking. You can find some of them at Hunters Pulse.
In particular, I always like to have some Binoculars on hand for bird watching as well as hunting.
I found these Rangefinder Binoculars
